Frequently Asked Questions
What is Multi Cap?
Multi Cap is a limit (default 131k) on the average of your stat multipliers. When you exceed this limit, your other stat multipliers will decrease. You can avoid this by purchasing the No Limit GamePass or balancing your training across all stats.
How do Champion bonuses work?
Some Champions provide automatic training bonuses for specific stats. For example, Sanjo provides +40% Agility training and Big Might provides +35% Strength/Durability training. These bonuses are automatically applied to your effective training multipliers.
What's the fastest way to train?
Always train in the highest multiplier area you've unlocked for each stat. Use this tool to find which areas you can currently access, and set goals to unlock the next tier for maximum efficiency.
Should I focus on one stat or train all stats?
It depends on your playstyle and Multi Cap status. If you're approaching the Multi Cap limit, balance your training across all stats. Otherwise, focus on your primary combat stats (Strength, Durability, or Chakra depending on your build).
What's the difference between Balanced and Focused training?
Balanced Training rotates through all stats evenly, helping you avoid Multi Cap issues and maintain overall progression. Focused Training dedicates 5 days per week to your chosen stat with 2 support days, ideal for quickly reaching specific goals.
How is the Efficiency Score calculated?
The Efficiency Score (0-100) combines your current training multiplier (50 points) with your progression toward the next training area (50 points). Higher scores mean better training returns. Use this to decide which stats to prioritize during your training sessions.
